Domestic worker, gardener attacked during La Lucia house robbery

A domestic worker and a gardener were held up and assaulted during a house robbery in La Lucia on Thursday.

According to Crisis Medical’s Kyle van Reenen, two men posing as water meter readers forced their way into the O’Connor Place home at around 10.30am, the Northglen News reported.

After ransacking the home the robbers fled the scene with various items.

“The workers suffered minor injuries only and were assessed on scene by Crisis Medical Paramedics,” he said.
